- INTELLO's cleanliness testing set-up uses an extraction method (flushing/pressure rinse) for the removal of contamination from automotive, hydraulic components, such as tube/pipes, pumps, valves, radiators, injectors, dosing system, tanks & reservoirs, braking system, steering unit, engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, manifolds etc. The flushing liquid is filtered through a membrane filter (specific pore size) to collect the residual contamination.
Completely dried membrane is then subjected to gravimetric weight measurement in mg. Followed by the particle counting, distribution and size analysis using an optical measuring technique (FILTREX - Microscope / Flat-bed scanner).
Intello Enterprises provides the complete parts cleanliness analysis set-up as turnkey project.
