Nope not cheap, lands can get expensive in pretty areas, and if you dont want a classic simple tica house building is expensive. If you wanna keep your lifestyle it is gonna be a lot of money. But if you want to live the costarrican lifestyle, food and home life etc... it can be done pretty cheap. We do have a lot of people coming from the USA or west europe who want to keep up their original lifestyle and ended up disappointed cause they imagined it would cost less.
Great video. Which month were you there for? I've heard great things but also a good amt of ppl talking about garbage lining the streets and the smell of garbage all over Santa Teresa. Also ppl getting their stuff stolen.. Glad that didn't seem to be your experience but did you see any of that?
Hi there. We were there from the end of April to the beginning of June. We stayed about 20 min drive outside of Santa Teresa, so most of my experience was during the day. I didn't witness or experience any theft or garbage.
Your videos are great. You always seem to be eating some delicious dishes. 😋
Thank you ☺️💜
