- Summer 2022 a dream came true. Mona and me bought a small farm in Northern Norway. In. this video I will give you a short tour and talk a bit about the possibilities I have as a wildlife photographer to have my own farm.

What a wonderful place, Alfred. You’re so lucky to own such a beautiful farm in Norway. I think that’s the dream of every wildlife photographer. Here in Germany where I live, we have not really much nature. My biggest dream is, to buy such a little farm and some land in Norway too some day. And hopefully I’m soon able to visit this beautiful country. Thank you so much for taking us with you 🙏🏻

My boyfriend and I just returned from a week long trip to Tromsø....I took way too many photos, haha. Next time we want to drive even more north (but then with a rental car, this time we only took public transport). I absolutely love the landscape up north. So, what a dream to be living there. Yes, I recommend a rental car, which gives you much better opportunities to get around. Specially if you want to go further north. @@alfredlucas3291 Thank you so much for answering and your advice ☺️. This time, we didn‘t take a rental car to be a bit more eco friendly, haha. And we had booked two trips, where transport was included. But next time, we will explore a bit more. Nevertheless, I loved the trip! I already fell in love with the area in 2019 😅
And although the Full Moon was shining so brightly, I saw Northern Lights everyday. But the photos look surreal, because they seem to be brighter than the ones I took at daytime 😊

In the area I lived in the north of Germany we also had white tail sea eagle.
I remember the first day when I stood in my garden close to the water and I saw one of these majestic birds flew
over my house.
I felt honored and deeply thankful for this moment.
