Conor I am a little older than you, but you definitely have more wisdom than me when it comes to realm of bodybuilding and going to the gym and so on and I commend you for it (could be bc you're further along this journey of aesthetics than I am but oh well). Really enjoyed your take on the idealization of these natural/unnatural bodybuilders/fitness influencers. I still remember the video you made talking about how you can't make 'going to the gym' your entire personality and that shit made a lot of sense, and I was surprised to see it coming from a guy so young and more importantly whose entire channel is dedicated to that single concept.

I really hope there aren't a bunch of dudes out there like "I'm trying to get that Eubank physique" cause that's crazy.. His biceps are gigantic for being "natty" His 6 pack is perfectly symmetrical which is really rare, his hands and wrists are small which makes his forearms look way bigger, his traps are long and reach out far to his shoulders. All this stuff is a genetic win. Not even gonna talk about his legs cause then shit gets really hopeless haha If you don't have his frame you aren't gonna look like that. Period. Especially if you have longer legs, shorter arms and a shorter torso. Alex's chest with a pump is actually crazy so yea.. sus..
He has perfect genetics for an aesthetic look. He’s not that huge overall… his arms aren’t much more than an average gym dude who’s been lifting a few years.

Nobody wants to have forearms as wide as their wrists >.< Also having smaller hands means all your force is condensed into a smaller area for punching, given you have the power to put behind it. The baby hand fighters who can throw one are basically throwing elbows at you haha
His arms are only 16~ inches, not massive at all compared to elite naturals with 17s and 18s.
What makes me think hes natural is he always had that size to him. He had big bulging muscles in the photos you see of him when he was 18 and at a way higher body fat percentage. Once he cut down his bf levels, he started to look incredible, but he didn't gain a a whole lot of size. He might not have gained a single pound of muscle. He only went down to a lower body fat.
The muscle was already there with great insertions, it was only hiding underneath some extra body fat.
That, to me, tells me he's natural.

The only contradiction is that he claims that he didnt know anything about stuff like sarms at that time. Kinda weird. Alex keeps getting into such situations where he has to defend his natty status. I am pretty sure that he thought about using some sarms at that time because why else would he know all those names? I dont think we will ever find out if he really did use sarms. Biggest red flags for me are that his answers to questions regarding his natty status were weird sometimes and also the change of his test levels. Your T usually doesnt change that much. It is also hard to believe that he has T levels at the higher end naturally.
