Krauser actually made twin spark heads for the bmw airheads. That was in rhe 1980's. I used to have a 1996 Kawasaki ZR1100 Zephyr. It was also aircooled and had 2 tiny plugs per cylinder.
The “Superflow’s” look to have a lot of potential. Is there anything equivalent available now? Thinking you should maintain your post-flow a little longer. Are you considering heat before machining, as much for stress relief as hardening.
seeing this bring back a lot of memories mucking with VWs.
Thank you for viewing are channel
Gene Berg Enterprise is The Best!
Thank you !!!!
This is interesting to me: with an air-cooled 1000cc BMW some of this may be useful for me. Good content- thanks.

Yes, we are thinking about all of the relief on the heads, but time and money get in the way sometimes. Thank you for liking our channel.
Great stuff. What temp do you heat from the oven?
The best temperature for welding on aluminum heads we have found is around 390/400. Thanks for viewing the channel.
