I am pretty sure that powercubes at bot runner are a disadvantage, because 1. Damage from storm is 5 hits no matter how much health you have. 2. Dealing more damage doesn't help you because you can't hit others that are too low, which means you can't charge your super so frequently

The only counter to Charlie is otis or Cordelius is in certain area or probably a thrower If walls are around and mainly assassin types if having 3nough damage and mobility
