I made muffins (instead of cranberries added raisins) four days ago by follow your recipe and it was very good except for because adding the raisins should (add cinnamon) but didn't just add vanilla which is your recipe calls for and also sugar issues ( not enough sweet -instead of 2 tablespoon maybe 2 1/2 tablespoon??/) , although I put the muffins in cake keeper glass dorm for four days and it went bad (just one left muffin) and needs to throw it out , if I make muffins again, I will be put (airtight container) in the refrigerator, from USA
I made these muffins and doubled the recipe to make 12. I added in cranberries walnuts and almond essence. They were delicious. Thsnk you. The apple is enough to sweeten them. Abdolutely gorgeous
