@@lordtritus2261 The B shell is more of a sidegrade, not really "better". It has much more angled penetration, which allows you to make these classic bias shots into the side armour of unsuspecting victims. The stat card doesn't show it, because it depends on a hidden stat called "shell normalization." Basically, if it hits heavily sloped armour, it has to penetrate less armour than the D shell for example. It's a preference thing, and I prefer the B shell. You can check that in protection analysis. Try both shells on the Panther for example, and compare the amount of armour they have to penetrate.

You get your gun faster on target, can put your gun down on enemies very reliable because of -10° gun depression and because of the mobility you get more opportunities to shoot targets. The armor difference is neglectable. In which world has the T32E1 way less armor? Only the IS-4M and Maus can challenge the T32E1 in having overall better armor. The T32E1 is much more flexible in comparison.

Thus the pressure after destroying the shell can’t actually be any higher as from the 75mm. That’s like thinking a 50mm Pzgr. 39 is going to cause the same damage to a wing as a 20mm Mineshell because they have the same explosive amount.
