Yes, you can select the charging current for every cell individually.

Do you know what the LCD display MOD CC and CV means? It's not in the manual.

CC means constant current --> battery is getting charged with the set current; CV means constant voltage --> battery is almost full so current gets reduced while maintaining the constant charging voltage for the selected battery type

Do we have to have background music with youtube tutorials? I find it distracting, annoying and spoils many otherwise excellent vids

I like having some background music, yes, although it might seem distracting it helps you focus a lot more on the important things. I do not have a sound prof studio and a professional external mic therefore a lot of the environment noise will be picked up and outputted in the videos, that’s why I opted for the background music as well
