Another quick tip, look up “Power Shift” macros. Those will make getting rid of slows so much easier and smoother.

What is the advantage using a powershift macro over just scrolling down for bear, and up for cat? This is what I always use.

@@MrKim-ff7ji You only need to hit 1 button and if you happen to get stunned or CC'd in the middle of shifting, you'll be out of either form.

lol I am not purposefully not using FF it gets dispelled a lot and I forget to keep it up. Certainly got better at it playing matches :) first time feral and now at 2k and climbing.
