    Michael was born in 1958. If a person knew nothing of MJ and just watched his dance moves they would guess 20 - 25 years old! Michael and Freddie....two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT sounds but the on stage energy from those two could power Las Vegas. Add in the energy from the audience? Circuits are ⚡ and 💨. Glad you reacted to that one! Thanks, Our Boy 🙏 💖

      Electrifying - Thanks John!! Yeah real hard to guess the age - esp with all that energy. Glad these folks left some great music behind. The legacy continues.

    I was a huge MJ fan as a teen and went to his victory tour. My sister who was two years older had just gotten her first job and she spent her whole paycheck on the tickets. We were in the first row. It was awesome! Thanks for your reaction!

    And yes it was Eddie Van Halen who did the solo on the original. Slash did an amazing job on this.

    Whoa, didn't expect a reaction to this. Yes Michael Jackson really did Beat Box and started to record his songs like that and build everything around it. The Guitar and the solo here live is played by the Guitarist Slash known from Guns n Roses, the original on the record was by the one and only Eddie Van Halen yes, he did it for free and just for fun, took him like only 2 takes 😂 what a legend we Lost in 2020 :(. Slash sadly couldn't play EVH's solo but I guess his playing here is great too. This performance was in 2001. Great reaction. Just to let you know If you haven't taken a look in MJ's private life or somethin, he is completely *_innocent._* Great Human being. If you ever need the facts I'll give you some. But let that be, We want the positive vibes in here :D

      @HAP3SPEAKZ 3 роки тому +3

      that`s whats up ! Thanks Ben! Only 2 takes? yeah I could sense something was slightly different when that solo part came in here. Yes, keep it positive! All about the music.

    Great reaction, HAP, thanks. I always enjoyed Michael Jackson's performances. One of the major differences between MJ and Queen/FM regarding their live performances is that MJ (and his dancers) choreographed every single move and rehearsed the performance so it would be completely in sync and would give the audience perfection. I always thought one of MJ's issues was the eternal drive for complete perfection and how impossible that drive is to obtain. Queen and Freddie, on the other hand, were also perfectionists but, once on stage, they tended to frequently improvise and go where the music led them. Freddie danced but he wasn't a dancer and he knew it (thus the famous quote regarding the Royal Ballet thinking he could dance :) ). Freddie just moved to the music and let it take him wherever it would (knocking over speakers; humping a pole; lying down on the stage; playing air guitar; jumping up on the drum riser, etc.) not many of Queen's on stage movements were rehearsed which is why Brian tended to wander around the stage playing his guitar and then, remembering he was supposed to be singing back-up, he would race back across the stage to the mike. With an MJ performance, you would get the same amazing performance every time. With a Queen performance, you would get a different amazing performance (from good to out of this world) each time. Both MJ and Queen were great but impossible to compare due to their different approaches to the music and their live presentations. Just my 2 cents/pence.

    I think he was 11 when the Jackson 5 had their first big smash. And that was for Motown, their 2nd record label.
    Do “I want you back” if you do J5.

    I was fortunate enough to see MJ during his Bad tour. Drove 4 hours with the hubby kicking and screaming all the way. After the non stop, hours long, epic performance he left the venue yelling "Michael my man!"
    It doesn't hurt that Slash is playing in this video. Pretty much anything he does is cooler :)

    He had rhythm flowing in his veins! Love this song as many other Michael's songs but if I had to choose a favourite, it would have to be "Billie Jean"!

    Yay MJ! I still have the LP that was a gift to me for my 16th birthday. Shows my age I know. So talented my gosh.
    Eddie Van Halen is the original guitar player. 🎸 introduction to one of the most unbelievable, icon on the strings.
    Give Eddie's Eruption solo a whirl. You will not be disappointed.

    When i wasn't listening to country i was listening to him. He's got a lot of iconic songs. MJ was like Garth in the sense he too has had songs banned from video & airplay. I remember his They Don't Care About Us being banned here in 🇨🇦 on Much Music (Our version of 🇺🇸 MTV) so he made a 2nd more "Disneyesque" version which now you can find as "Brazil Version" where he dances with a local popular drumming group Olodum. His other is labeled as the Prison Version which was banned on tv. If u ever react to that song you should do both at once cuz in the Brazil version he gets mobbed by a fan yet continues to dance & sing. He even gives a little boy kind of a drumb solo.
    As for the guitarist in this video that's Slash from Guns N' Roses. The original was the late great Eddie Van Halen. Michael worked with a lot of great ppl & even helpped some. He even helped a relatively unknown female guitarist get her start during his last tour when he featured Orianthi to be his main during his 2009 tour. She went on to play for Alice Cooper after Michael's death & has even played with Santana.
    Sadly he was an over worked iconic genius in the industry that ya he had other problems outside the industry but sadly that tends to come with the fame he had on top of the fact he was a child star. Most child stars fall early in their adult careers but he fell later into his career. Just be careful reacting to his video's cuz he's under the SME umbrella & we all know how protective they are of PTX.
