Girl most of the stuff in my house I pick up from the side of the road. I'm more than happy to. I feel like I'm doing the community of service by recycling things and it's gotten to the point where neighbors now drop things off at my doorstep before they throw it out, which is awesome. Thanks for always inspiring us to do what you do.

Love old tool boxes. The ones with the lettering were so cute but the last one, oh I have some old tools I would love to put in it. If I didn’t live so far away I would buy it.
Yvonne, another idea for tool boxes: I have one that we turned upside-down and hung it on the wall. The handle hangs below the box part and serves as a quilt hanger. The bottom of the box became a shelf because it's now at the top! You could also hang it on the wall with the bottom attached to the wall. The handle could still be a quilt hanger or maybe a place to hang dried herbs. This way you actually have TWO shelves - maybe put cookbooks on the inside shelf and collectibles on the top!

All of these tool boxes are amazing. You gave each one their own personality. And oh my goodness, that last tool box has to be the best! So glad you left it in its original state. Fabulous job on everything!!

Oh those are the nice old plywood wood !!! Love the GRAIN ON THEM ALL !!!! They must be heavy too ! That last one with the leather strap… oh be still my heart! I wish my brother had let me have one of my Dads! That was his profession, a contractor and he made MANY TOOL BOXES to last !

When I saw the title of your video, I thought...she actually went dumpster diving this time! 😆 Although you hadn't done that, I have to say my husband found a great treasure in a dumpster once when throwing out some boxes at a job. So, you never know! 😆 And, it was funny that you said the really large tote box would make "a big statement". All of them turned out so nice! Especially liked the first one with the "Market " transfer.
I have one like the black second box. Mine was red and I painted it black. It’s being hung upside down in my guest bathroom with a towel on the bar and decorations on the bottom which is now the top!

All way cool, a little surprised you didn't keep that last one. Love picking, little tip... keep a cheap $ store pair of garden gloves in the car for those dirty picking adventures, either way, dirt don't hurt.😅

Hi Yvonne! You had a great idea on that second caddy to undercoat your black stenciling with red. I can see it peeking through and it makes for a very cohesive look. The really aged caddies are beautiful, too.

Wow Yvonne! What finds! Those all are great, I think the last one is my favorite. But they all are stunning especially after you finished with them. Yes I love to get my hands dirty cleaning things up to see what they reveal. Iv had some kind of bug the last few days, so I sent my husband's to the store and he stopped at a yard sale and found a very old popcorn popper, I got up out of bed to start cleaning it up. Lol he said go back to bed before you pass out. I love it. Ill send you a pic through messenger. I think I'm going to leave it as is, tell me what you think. God bless.
