You are indeed a virtuous woman. I don't think that any Chef can win you in cooking competition. God continue to reward and bless for using what you have to empower others. I have learnt a lot from you ever since I discovered your site. I started making chinchin for sales which I learnt from your site. The first cake I made, I learnt it from your site and it was perfect. Thanks for empowering me. If not that NAFDAC didn't allow my chinchin and cake business to continue, by now I would have made something out of it. Is not long that

Not overcrowding when frying stuff is key 👌🏾💯😋✨🙌🏾If you overcrowd the pan, even if the temperature is initially optimal, you may cause the temperature of the oil to dip too low, thus retarding browning and crisping. If the oil is too hot, of course, the breading or batter (for deep frying) will simply burn before the stuff is cooked. Tfs Nwanyi oma Flo!😍🙏🏾✌🏾♥️

Dip the plantains in oil while fresh before laying flat and freezing for the first time. This helps them not stick later on when you bag them up. Also very good if you want to airfry them.

Nicely done Flo. One problem I have with frying frozen plantain is that they tend to swell up and soak up oil. I definitely will tweak my methods. I believe I over crowded mine hence why it soaked up oil. Another thing I do with frozen plantain is to cook it with black eyed peas. Thank you so much for sharing.

To prevent your plantains sticking all together you can place on a tray and let a little space between plantains freeze for 2 hours then transfert them into a freezer bag. I do this every time and my plantains never stick
