@@user-fd8vy7iu8n Well in a literal sense the Quran is what gives the upmost calmness, but in terms of what to listen to when working, you cannot listen to Quran since you can either focus on the Quran or on your work, and if you are trying to work then it is impermissible to listen to the Quran as just background noise and not pay attention to it.

i got problems since 10 years and i didnt wanted to talk much about it and stuff and lost hope in everything but since 5 days im so stressed out and i always end up with panic attacks and stuff. i finally found my way back to allah again and i wanna give it so much because i need him and peace in my heart. hmdl
u guys are such nice people and i love the islamic comunity so much, so many friends told me: trust me go in a mosque and pray. find peace. and today a friend of mine told me because i have sleeping anxiety because yesterday i had a sleepparalysis and he told me to listen to nasheed. i started listening to it and i cried. i couldnt help it but to cry. it feels so good. thank u guys

Read about the story of Prophet Ayyub and how he was patient for more than 7 years of illness disease and loss before Allah blessed him. The lecture of Mufti Menk about it is great

If you cant listen to qura'an straight away use this as a means to go on to listen to qura'an during revision and other activities.
Your mental health will be better, you'll feel more barakah in your time. It helps you with memorising and reciting qura'an correctly.

1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain.
2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain.
3) Participate in building a masjid.
4) Place a watercooler in a public space.
5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eat from it.
6) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.
