I listen to a lot of podcast but I have never heard this advice before. It makes sense and I will definitely have it in mind for my next renovation project. Thx!
i've heard a lot of real estate 'pro's on youtube and elsewhere. nobody is as real as you, this is the actual stuff at least small to medium landlords deal with. Thanks for sharing
A jack of all trades is a master of non but better than master of one if you hire a contractor for each job it's going to be more expensive an take longer my step days a contractor an we go to jobs many we can do most of the stuff an if we can't will try and find someone who can an he's bean doing this for 30 years if the person has good work then tell have references photos of all their work before and after what we do is get a deposit down for material mostly an there's always an option to pay over the phone when going to somewhere like home Depot or loaws
Hi. Can you refer any general contractors that's professional and can get the job done? I'm looking to add 2 Bathrooms, new kitchen some other things and it also have plumbing and electrical issues. Thanks!
I do have a renovation crew of my own if you would like to reach out to talk about it. Referring other contractors is very tricky. I make a video on why I don't refer (and why most investors don't). I would check out that video and then I can answer your comment there: ua-cam.com/video/Mj82ljp7Ms8/v-deo.html
Thank you for all the advice, I am a new investors and I want to start buying Properties in Baltimore and flipping, how can I contact you directly for more advice please, will pay for your time.
This was a honest explanation of contractors. None of the fake stuff you see online now
