I absolutely agree they're doing to 90s hardcore like what Pantera did to Thrash Metal when it got stale. Like Pantera they added they're own style to the Thrash Metal genre and Groove Metal was the dominate genre that influenced Subgenres Nu Metal Metalcore Deathcore. ROTNS is doing something familiar yet it doesn't come off as pretentious , disingenuous , or a lazy copycat it feels fresh and legitimate while staying true to the genres they love.

From style, vids, lyrics and just plain RAW coolness, it is all there to fuel you for one more day of keeping true to yourself.
It's modern and has nu-metal elements in it, BUT, has a lot of Suicidal Tendencies influences in it too so that makes it for me. The end reminds me to "Crows Zero".
So you meant that to you this sounds exactly like Madball, Earth Crisis, Sick Of It All...? Well, 00:48 - 01:00 that's a new metal element right there (Slipknot for ex.) You won't find that in any of those NYCH giants I mentioned.

Ride the lightning era Metallica Iowa era Slipknot vocal assault No sleep till Brooklyn style guitar solo and based on the lyrical content The great southern trend kill era Pantera throw in some 90s hardcore group vocals heard in bands like biohazard and you can tell this album and band is going to blow the pit up.
