    Great advice, Coach! It's amazing how doing the "little things" and performing those "boring" routines can really help over an extended period of time. Kids, and even some adults, for that matter tend to overlook consistency and basic/common sense workouts. Once again, this is a fantastic video!

    I've been sharing Justins hitting video's with my 16 yo. He starts for his varsity team and was hitting many ground balls earlier in the season. The last 2 weeks he is crushing the ball hitting 1-2 line drives a game and a few deep fly balls. Reminding him about the Power V and Tossing the Pizza, yesterday he hit a 2 run homer, double down the line in left for a rbi and topped it off with a single in between short and 3rd for the 4th rbi as his team won 4-2. Thanks Justin... keep the video's coming..

      Sorry I cannot remember what video it was. 3 weeks ago one of his hitting video's he talked about not rolling your wrist until the bat is well beyond the plate. That would produce a line drive and better.

    Exercise 1: Med ball rotations 0:31
    Exercise 2: Reverse planks 1:16
    Exercise 3: Reverse planks with single leg raise 2:08
    Exercise 4: Regular planks with single leg raise 3:00
    Exercise 5: Regular planks with single knee raise 3:45

    I am a high school baseball coach in my mid 50's. Last spring we had about 4 weeks of practice and then things were cancelled. I did do some good throwing exercises pre season during the winter to get ready. My question is do you have any good exercises for me to help protect my back as have had some disc injuries in the past. doing the infield drills and swinging the bat may have caused my back issues. Any good stretching exercises for coaches to do prevent back injury at the beginning of the season practice time. Thanks Coach Fred.
