Thank you for walking us through the whole process and explaining every step, it is easy to follow your instructions to complete this map prototype, you are the best figma instructor / teacher by far I have met, really good content, thank you so much for this tutorial !!!
Hi Peter, If you are asking about the callout design then I've not merged anything there. I just drew a rectangle and used the pen tool to add additional points and pulled out one point to create the triangle at the bottom.
@@DesignXstream Thank you for the reply, I wasn't able to do it with the method that you did. I think I just merged mine instead, since it was easier. I really like the popup idea.
Is there a way to add a map inside a rectangle for example? I don't want the map to cover the whole whole screen. I have tried to insert the map inside a rectangle but then I cannot zoom in and or barely move it around. It seems this is the only way a map can work.
zoom is not supported as a gesture in figma. but you can always put a map in a frame and move around. just use the overflow as vertical and horizontal scroll.
Hi, could you help me please, I can't get what I'm doing wrong. After prototyping from Frame 1 to Frame 2 it opens a black window with Frame 2 on the preview. How can I make Frame 2 also open like Frame1 without the black background at the back. I think I did everything according to the instructions, maybe this is a common mistake. ((

Hi, how were you able to merge the vector and rectangle together to create the label? Specifically at 1:20, thank you!

Not sure where you went wrong. Reach me @designxstream on instagram. I can try to help you out!
same thing happened for me
I just had this problem, instead of "navigate to" for frame 2, I changed it to "swap overlay" and its fixed
THE place description that pops up when clicking it how can it exit if after?
Yes, since it is an overlay you have the option to close it on clicking outside. This setting is there when you add the prototype interaction.
@@DesignXstream thank you
Mapsicle is no longer available.
Ohhh that's sad! Will check if there is any alternative.
