Pulmonary Embolism is a potentially life-threatening medical condition caused when a blood clot (Embolus) gets stuck in a pulmonary artery. The origin of the embolus is most likely a Deep Vein thrombus (DVT) of the leg. I made an animated overview of the Symptoms, Complications, Pathophysiology & Management of Pulmonary Embolism. Thank you for watching.
Thanks For Watching !. :)

As a medical student, i have seen a lot of channels and videos about medicine, and i got to say that this channel, with the amazing video case reports is excellent! It covers the whole disease from symptoms, diagnosis to treatment, but with extra illustrations, and a good way to memorise things. Keep up the good work, and dont stop. You just need to promote yourself somehow. The videos deserve millions of views.
I had a DVT and PE six years ago. It turned out that I had a blood clotting disorder that I never knew I had. I was 41 when this happened. I had lived with the clotting disorder for over 4 decades without it having been noticed or diagnosed!
I had to stay in the ICU for three days and was put on Fragmin to break up the clot, and then I had to start taking Xarelto, which I still take. My dx was Factor V Leiden.
I watched a lot of videos about pulmonary embolism, this was the most precise and most informative one , like the best one! Thank you
This is so amazing. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much for these amazing videos❤.
You are doing a wonderful job with the animation and story-telling. But the view count does not seem to be satisfying enough for all the hard work you're doing. Have you considered working more on mediatizing your content, online and offline? Collaborations with other content creators to give you an initial push towards a wider audience, sponsored ads, maybe even having real-life panels in medical conferences and events?
You definitely deserve a bigger audience for the amazing efforts you're putting into this :)
Great , I only saw your channel when I’m about to graduate ..☺️💔
Nice work
amazing channel ❤ and good explanation ❤. On the medical case study .
It is amazing video, please next time add simillat how to deal with that after hospitalisation :( Thank you for the video and time
Pleas continue cardiac arrhythmia ❤
Same happened with me 30 days back... Word to word.. Can this be cured, and can live my normal life...???
What software are you using for these videos?
What is the indication to administer thrombolytic drugs?
Sounds like you have a new narrator; this one seems to better at pronouncing medical terms. Have you considered voicing these yourself? Your animations are great but I feel that viewers would connect better if they could hear your real voice and see your face.
English is my second Language, therefore I get the help of voice-over artists. Thank you for the wonderful suggestions. I'll try to develop a better way to connect with the audience. Would a Reddit community work?
Nice video... so after the patient was discharged from the hospital in this video, how long it took for her to get recovered?
I had this exact thing and am still recovering after 3 months
@@kathryncunliffe4935 ohh, wish you a speedy recovery
I had a DVT and PE six years ago. In some ways, I may never fully recover, as I now have to take blood thinners, and the leg where the DVT occurred has lymphatic drainage problems now, and is swollen and quite a bit bigger than the healthy one.
@@ChaosMagnet Oh my god, I hope and wish you recover fully.
@@kathryncunliffe4935 I hope you might have recovered from this.
Okay, but fr... who else is watching this because they think they're dying rn?
