  • Thank you for watching :)) and remember the tying may take you longer, but the durability and shape ability - all comes down to how connected your clusters are! If the tying neck to neck method is not for you yet - no worries, resort to 260s in the meantime, but don’t forget to keep the tension as tight between your clusters as you would if they were ties neck to neck!

    In general after all the set up is done, is everything left for the client to dismantle? All supports, flowers etc are left for the client? Do you charge to dismantle and if so, how much?
    Great information in this video, thank you 😊

    Love watching your videos just wanted to give a little info for you and your viewers on the lamp poles for the viewers in the US you can get simular poles from Walmart for a little over $8 I use them my self and there pretty sturdy although if using outside you'd still need extra weight on the bottom or an something to tie them to so that they don't fall over.

      I’d you don’t mind me asking, do you come back and get your poles or do you purchase new ones for each event/client? That’s my dilemma, having to come back and get my equipment😊

    • @creativetoucheswithtenicca7143
      @creativetoucheswithtenicca7143 3 роки тому +2

      @@cheeram.k.6368 oh no I go back and retrieve my equipment but I do ask the client to pop all balloons before I return to the venue. Time management is key to every event. Now if I know the client sometimes I'll ask them if they can just take it with them and I'll pick it up the next day or as soon as there available or if it's relative they'll bring it to me. But again planning and knowing your schedule for that day is key just so your things don't get broken or damaged.

    Hello Eve - 1st & foremost - Thank You for Sharing - Gorgeous & Beautiful Work, and as Important - Very Well Spoken - To the Point not too much about everything else that is not relevant like soooo many other UA-camrs do. With that said - The Not Lamps - can also get Floor Lamps from Walmart - I purchased a couple but they are around $20 each. TIP - I purchased Dowling to insert into the Pole if I wanted something taller . I am in Learn / Practice mode - I am in your neck of the woods too - Canadian - Toronto, so I can relate to the costs etc I agree it is better to have a registered business it will give you a sense of accomplishment however, I do not have clients as yet - kinda just getting started - even though I am older. What I am having trouble with is finding Wholesalers....as you mentioned in your video purchasing the Florals from Wholesalers- Where are they?? I recently bought a bunch of random things from Michaels that was on Sale - but it would be great to have a consistent source. Can you help me with that please. BTW - I have sent emails to you from your website but they are returned - as if the email address is incorrect? . Looking forward to hearing from you and if you prefer I can send you my email address. Take Care Eve ....Pamela

      great question :) technically you can do either! If you double stuff with the same colour, the colour will stay the same, the balloon will just last longer because of the extra layer of latex from the second balloon. If you double stuff using 2 different colours, you’ll get a unique colour shade :) for example yellow and blue double stuffed together makes green (and you can make any colour really, the same way you would mix paints together)! it’s kind of one of those things that’s hard to explain without trying :) but the most popular shades are made by choosing a base colour and stuffing it inside of a white balloon, so that it comes out a creamier matte pastel version. if you’re trying to deepen colour or darken, double stuff a black balloon, inside whatever colour you are trying to deepen :) hope this helps!

    Any chance you can tell me where this square gold backdrop was purchased? I can't seem to find a good one anywhere! Thank you
