Implementing Berkeley DB, Session 3 - Tree Walks and Point Reads

We continue following the blog post series "Building BerkeleyDB" ( transactional.blog/building-b... ), completing the task of walking all key-value pairs in the database and start implementing "point reads", i.e. fetching a single value for a given key.
