Might let you know that you do not have to have a CDL to drive one of those big riggs. You do have to have some signage on the side that states that it is a private residence. Not sure about the wording but any state licensing department could tell you.

Comment- some municipalities require you maintain the original footprint of a home so that kind of defeats building new.
