I’ve kept thinking about your comment I’m so sorry! I do it by eye and I don’t want to guess but I have it written down somewhere and I’ll find it for you. ❤️
I’m so grateful for your channel and your blog! It’s given me so many ideas and it’s a great encouragement. We are also on a tight budget but trying so hard to make choices that are good for us, for farmers and for our planet. It can be a really tricky balance.
Oh I'm so glad - this was a quick and simple everyday video but sometimes I think it's helpful to see that or just have someone else who's on the journey with you, right?! Well done finding that tricky balance.
Its great that you stick to your beliefs in terms of ethical food choices. I find it so difficult to manage budget versus ethical choices, there always seems to be a compromise one way or the other.
There totally are always compromises! And budget is a very real limiting factor. Food on the table is the most important thing and that’s a real struggle for a lot of people! I think we have to take what we can do and celebrate it and keep taking small steps forward - but believing in and celebrating what we’re able to do!
