I too love Threshold sheets! Plus, their towels! I bought new bathing suits recently, 😝. I’m definitely not a 5 minute clean machine 😅. I just do what I can, when I can lol. Great video! You motivated me to start my laundry, clean our bathroom, and started to dust the back room blinds as I watched and listened. I like both style of your videos. I try to keep a balance combo with my cleaning videos too. ❤

I pick up and put away daily but the whole house is never straightened up all at the same time. Just a quick clean possibly might only take 5 minutes but I usually do both together quick clean and pick up and put away.
Threshold sheets are good, that's what I buy!! I probably buy new sheets every three to four years. I toss the bag they come in. Good job decluttering while cleaning. I only have one swimsuit, but it's rare I go swimming. I need to watch Cass's video. We keep pretty picked up here, no kids, but also a lot less stuff to manage since we trend more minimal. I don't think I can clean a room in five minutes...well it depends what it is. I'll go watch!

My house stays straightened when I am the only one home. But I've gotten rid of surfaces. And a 10 minute pickup is pretty good for main areas of the house, but that isn't cleaning. That is picking up. My struggle with her 5 minutes a room thing is that she is saying it isn't deep cleaning, but she does it when most people are doing their more than wipe the sink after it gets used kind of clean. And if I'm hiring someone to come in and clean, I would want it to be more than flitting around with a swiffer duster. Now, there are some differences. I don't think they have indoor pets, and we have 2 cats and a husky. I empty my corded vacuum 3 times a vacuum, and the space I am vacuuming would probably fit in your dining room. That is life with a husky when you only vacuum once a week. And she runs the robot vacuum daily. My experience with a robot vacuum is that we have too much stuff in too small of a space for them to work well. It got hung up on furniture, choked on cat hair, and got stuck going between surfaces. Also, I think there is a shift in time that she is glossing over. She picks up daily. She vacuums daily. She does the kitchen daily or multiple times a day. And if you caught it, she said her drawers and stuff weren't clean. She is a ladybug. Ladybugs want everything hidden. So of course its easy to clean everything you can see, its all shoved in bins and cabinets. I would like to see a butterfly cleaning routine. I have shelves. With stuff on them. I don't have cabinets or drawers hiding everything. I get finding stuff a home where it gets used, but if i put toothbrushes behind something, the kids will forget to brush their teeth.
Some of these cleaning channels clean before they record. I would never want a perfect house,we live in our home. Perfection comes when you never use your home. We use ours. That mess means you’re enjoying life.
When I was folding sheets into a cabinet I put them in one of the pillowcases. These days Im behind enough that by the time ai get them washed they go back to the beds and we just alternate. I went probably close to a decade without buying sheets. And in the last couple years Ive bought quite a few. Several were for fabric to sew with though.
Oh normally sheets they do go back on the bed as I hate folding them. Only have back up in case of emergency lol! I think I’m going to get rid of the old sheets and just keep one spare set. The one I took off was really worn & faded.

I was a joke! When I take a shower I put my dirty clothes in the sink. I don’t have and don’t want a laundry basket in the bathroom. I later just take them into the laundry room.
I saw the Clutterbug video and I do not think 5 minutes per room is a reasonable expectation for most people even if you do have anything in the room. I thinks she makes some good points but while I am in no way a maximalist I do not think most people have rooms that look like hers or even want to be that minimal. Also I am not in a race when I am cleaning so every room in my home is going to take me more than 5 minutes each and I am OK with that.
Yep! I also don’t clean like that usual it pick up and put away & clean all at the same time. I do agree with what she said about we over clean. You don’t need to mop your floors every day or dust every day at least not the whole house. I dust once a month. That’s fine.
Lol, it made more sense when I found out that she is basically just vacuuming perimeters the robot can't get to and swiffering and not moving anything. Lol. And her dusting was hilarious. But I don't think they have indoor pets either. I timed myself yesterday and it was 11 minutes to vacuum the carpets in my house.... minus my kids rooms. But my house is 980 square feet and half hard surface flooring too. Lol.

I use the case for the sheets for my purses/handbags, to keep them dust free.
