I enjoyed that so much, it would be lovely if you could make your videos an hour long! 😁. I do the plant hammering to decorate fabric with the children in my class, ivy works really well. Hopefully you’ll feel better very soon and be back to your old self 💛💐

I get a ton of elderberries in my yard but I’m afraid to use them. I do use elderberry flowers though

@@ForagingGardener I’m afraid to use them at all because there is conflicting information online as to whether cooking destroys the arsenic in them or not. It’s very confusing. But the flowers are absolutely safe as long as you remove the stems

we uses elderberries many times for sg we call Kompott..so just cooking fruits with a bit of sugar and preserve it.. and esp for juice...made with a steaming pot. its wonderful conbined with apple juice...important is to get the berries fro their stems as they have a little bitter taste.but the juice is super!!...( traditionally for juice you cook the berries and sieve them through cloth jut this is...exhausting and everything is purple then...)

a little bit of it in tea (with other herbs like lemon verbena or peppermint) is very calming & it helps with nervous anxiety and insomnia :)
