On Connecticut Transit Homeless Outreach Program:
The presentation is focused on T-HOP, the Transit Homeless Outreach Program. This initiative is a partnership between the CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the CT Department of Transportation. This project focuses late evening homeless outreach activities at bus and train stations, to engage with some of the most transient and vulnerable residents of Connecticut.
