It seems Taipei City and Geneve have more in common than I expected - we too have a volunteer fire brigade that assists our professional fire department, and quite often their equipment is a little older since they're usually hand-me-down trucks from the career halls. They even have Vario pumpers too! I really enjoyed this video, it must be very rare to see the volunteers responding!

Yes it's rather rare to film them, this is also my first video of volunteer firefighters! Their vehicles are old enough but still very good for assisting professional firefighters. The operation seems very similar as the Taipei City fire department, it's interesting. Thank you for your comment my friend :)

Kind of sad to see the career fire deprartment being equipped with such modern vehicles and the volunteer departments still use old T2 trucks. Beautiful and well maintained engine tho, great video!
