He supplements the lyrics and the sentiment of this song with perfectly synchronized and clearly expressed body language. To do that, not only is a great deal of self-confidence required, but also to be a great showman. Frank was a master of delivery - in every sense.

You're right, Buble tries to sing like Sinatra but he doesn't even come close, athough he does a lot of Sinatra's songs.

A key is his extraordinary ability to allow his wandering thoughts to creatively inform his performance. It’s Method Acting 101 applied to singing. Spontaneity is lovingly allowed with all its rough and pointy edges. It all clicks, even when he seems to nearly fall out of the song from laughing.

Effortlessly cool. Pure elegance. I regularly visit Frank on UA-cam as soon as autumn begins. Cold mornings, jazz music (especially Sinatra, Dean Martin, Louis Armstrong, Bing Crosby, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Chet Baker, etc ) and tea/coffee is the perfect combination 💯

The original Cole Porter line from the 1934 musical 'Anything Goes' was "Some get a kick from cocaine." They had to clean that up for 1950s TV, so it became "Some like the perfume from Spain." I always thought Frank was laughing at the lameness of the new G-rated lyric. He did that same laugh in other recordings too, so it must have become a standard part of his act at the time.
