Thanks for sharing the video, but you miss the critical step, when you first lock the knot you suppose to pull the leader and the main line so the braid will bite into leader. That is the fundamental ideal of the FG knot if not the FG will not be strong. Also, the leader is knot is too big, which only works for deep shore application. In land fishing require smaller size to ensure it will not be caught in the guide when casting, especially if you have micro guide .
