- EFF leader Julius Malema, along with other party members, visited various restaurants at the Mall of Africa on 19 January 2022. Malema said they were conducting oversight visits to assess whether South Africans were being employed in the hospitality industry.
We're with you from Zambia.
Malema is the type of a guy who can invade your home in the name of being a member of parliament just to check that everyone during lunch time is receiving equal pieces of chicken
And that's what we need from leaders
@@moderncomputerworldug1946 you need leaders to invade your privacy and tell you what to do with your own property?
Malema are the black arrogant man and thinks as long as he is in public or in front of the cameras he can say what he likes and show his arrogance againts anyone or fot that matter to whites
What a moronic take
I will employ a Mozambican or Malawian any day. Great people, great attitude and good work ethic.

And also singing racist songs and provoking violence against white farmers 😂 you're delusional asf
True son of the soil, I'm sure yo dad is proud of you
Your right
At least Malema seems genuine in his defence of workers. In some African countries, it would have been a visit to extort for bribes then later sing at the rooftops about how "we should encourage investors"
Like my country Nigeria.

I’m a white fella and think Malema is a good man. But it takes a long time to get rid of racism. I will join EFF and try for understanding between us all
If all whites of South Africa are open minded like you, we won't be here still fighting racism or insulting each other.
White and you think he is a good man? You need serious help
@@christheone248 you need help. Sarki knows what Malema is truly about and not your white lies and scare mongering rumours. Malema is not a threat to any normal person with humane reasoning and hope for a peaceful nation by correcting the wrong of the past that affects our today.

The employed are in the comments saying Malema is a bad person, arrogant,... etc, the unemployed are on malema's side South Africans when you have a jobs and everything is well on your side learn to stay away from matters that concerns the unemployed
Good shot
If a Zimbabwean worker is here legally, I see no problem. He or she would have to be paid a fair rate (we know that just means barely enough to get by, if so) rather than be exploited by employers (instead, be exploited by the system like the rest of us). The construction idustry is ripe with this kind of thing and employers use it to their advantage. It's disgusting.

Fred Aranda. Sadly, you are one of the Africans (sell outs) keeping Africans down in the name of unwarranted political correctness. It's pathetic when you give privilege to those abusers, those arrogant unscrupulous whites over the well being of your own African people.
If the labor force is competent enough to do their work, there will be no need for EFF to be there. While the whites support each other's wrong doings, here you are antagonising another brother that is fighting for our dignity. Employers should not hire on the basis of group identity, but on the basis of merit, skills and professional conduct. No group is entitled to jobs, each person has an obligation to better themselves to be deserving of such opportunities.
How a group is represented in the workforce should depend on what that group has to offer the workplace. The entitlement to jobs and not the skills deserving of the roles are exactly why we are in this mess in the first place.

For restaurants to employ just locals those locals have to brush up on their social skills when attending to or serving patrons clients & patients instead of viewing these as mandatory cash cows after providing or not providing rude sullen insencere " service."
I agree most foreigners are more helpful and friendly then the locals exceptions excluded .The locals have to change their attitude towards service from the top ( read government) down I guess
