Honestly feels like it’s my story, I had a miscarriage around 6th week after my hcg was not doubling still had hopes but later on I miscarried in June and in July I again conceived….this is my 7th week and till now we haven’t disclosed to our parents thinking let’s just be very sure this time. Hi congratulations again on your rainbow baby. A few advise for you because obviously you are first time pregnant.
Dont drink soft drinks. It's really unhealthy and instantly makes you feel nauseous.
Do not eat too much thinking you should be eating for two. Instead eat healthy food and in small quantities. Like instead of 3 meals eat 6 meals.
Stay hydrated. Drink lots of nariyal Pani.
You might like foods that you wouldn't touch otherwise. And sometimes you want to eat food that you like and you have it only to end up vomiting it all. It's all trial and error 😂
For some people getting HCG injection makes them feel nauseous.
If you are taking iron it might cause constipation. In that case you can ask your gynaecologist to give you a iron of different composition and see if it suits you.
Take small walk after every meal otherwise it would cause gas and bloating. Pretty frequent in first trimester. After that heartburn starts. Which is worse than this.
You might want to checkout Mylo pregnancy app. It was really helpful for me
Pregnancy has its happy and hard moments. But when you have your baby in your arms years later you will remember all this hard moments and cherish them. So enjoy it all
Can't wait to see when you first feel the baby move and start kicking. 2024 is our year as yours and mine rainbow baby is here.

Be careful with cat litter! Pregnant women should avoid changing cat litter if possible because cats can carry a parasitic infection called toxoplasmosis that can be transmitted to the fetus. Cats usually get toxoplasmosis by eating small animals like birds or rodents outdoors, and the parasite is shed in their feces. The parasite can end up in high concentrations in the litter, and if a pregnant woman touches it, she can become infected. Pregnant women often don't have symptoms, but they can still pass the infection to their developing baby, which can cause serious problems. 🥹😅

Iron supplements caused constipation in my case my doctor changed brands probably composition too and it helped me .lots of love ..make the most of the second trimester as in most cases its the golden period of pregnancy (nausea amd health issues perspective)
Taking iron in first trimester makes most women nauseous that's why it's not given in the 1st trimester

I have studied womb healing..
I know you might know this, but a reminder always helps..
Try to do pranayam and mudra as much as you can..
Please tell your yoga teacher to make sure you do shoulder rotation.. so that if you feel too heavy around the bust area, you can feel a little better. And the body is preparing for the baby to and to feed the baby...
If you don't have anyone to do the mudras and prayanams.
I can help you with that...
But please remember every month ke yoga and PRANAYAM is very different and it changes according to the trimester and the month you are in🧿

Anam please don't take any iron supplements until unless needed, it really messes up with stool. I took tablets and it all just messed up (though iron tonic worked for me). And for you your blood count is already sufficient toh it would be great of you avoid iron supplements.
Also the pregnant anam has become even more cute than before 🥹🤭
