I use whipped cream
What type of chocolate do you use?
I used tablet chocolate❤️🙏🌷
What did you used in whipped cream either corn starch or gelatin & please explain how did you use that?
We add a spoonful of each while the cream takes shape
Did you use any cream cheese frosting as well?
I use cream for filling and frosting

Hola amigo, la nata resiste poco al calor, si usas nata, puedes agregarle con cuidado un poco de gelatina derretida fría mientras se va mezclando, o usar una cucharada de fécula de maíz por cada medio kilo de nata. .

Was it white chocolate u melted and then color it in blue?
Mi chocolate era azul, pero puedes usar chocolate blanco que colorees
