Many years ago I was given almost the exact recipe from the mother of a friend who was from the North Carolina. You’re so right that everyone loves them - so ono!
I’m making a batch of the Sea Salt-kissed Chocolate Chip Cookies I used to bake back when we were at the farm. Only differences are that I browned the butter and aged the dough under refrigeration for three days. It’s for a fundraising auction event for the private school I work at. Hope it sells.
Here is an update on my school’s auction fundraiser sale: A container of around 40 Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies sold for $60.00! The purchaser even shared them with the student helpers at the event. It was a great night for all.
Nice recipe for the dough!

Looks delicious 😋
Easy to make and good to give as gifts for the holidays. I like to make small portions rather than give away a whole pecan pie.
Looks delicious ❤
