  • Made by Eugene Castle's Castle Films back in the early 1950s, AMERICA'S CAPITAL presents scenic views of Washington, D.C. including shots of the White House, Supreme Court Building, Capitol Building, National Mall, Library of Congress, National Archives, Mt. Vernon, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, Ford's Theater, Arlington National Cemetery and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Pentagon, Embassy Row, National Cathedral, a synagogue and mosque, the National Zoo, a public swimming pool, and more. An inaugural parade is also seen, most likely for Dwight D. Eisenhower.
