This property is nice but it's kind of confusing is there a main house and then where you can ran out the other part or was this all one house? I'm sorry I really love watching you but I was really confused on how it was going like we have it rent it out and to live in it as well so maybe you can clarify that for me thanks

Brad Simmons I'm watching this over a year later and enjoying it. Bungalows in my area of Toronto are selling for 1.2 to over 2 million(half the time they just tear them down to build monster homes, I might cash out an retire to Kentucky. I'm sick of the rat race and the construction on my street.

Hi allen schmitz, by who? You will know all the neighbors - this is rural America - not the bad areas of big cities you know. :-) KY has lower crimes rates the and US average. You are more likely to get aggravated shopping at any walmart in the country. Shop elsewhere - local merchants will appreciate it.
