Thanks a lot, but a little note:
Starting at 1 and then selecting "Different first page" will make the 1 at first page disappear and the second page will say 2. So you should start numbering at 0 as normal but only select "Different first page" so that the zero at first page disappears and the second page says 1.

start your numbering at 0 (Don't change the format page numbers as he did in the video), then do the "different first-page" step. This way the zero at the first page will disappear and the second page will say 1.

But the second page is still number 2. There is no page number 1

you need to section break between first and second page and go to page fromat page number and write 1 in the empty box which is located below

You go to Page Number format and select to start from '0'. Then it will start from 1 leaving the first page no number.
