Fun fact: bullets, crackers & Cigarettes do not count to the cost of what you're selling if you put them inside a weapon / their container meaning if you have to empty the mag or cigarette box so the items actually count towards the cost of the things you're selling
I found this...ONCE. Ever. 40+ hours here too. Anomalous Padlocks too. Found them both around the same time. I have since found three more padlocks... but not the fifth artifact. Never the fifth artifact...
I didn't even know they are THAT rare, I found 2 so far. They are definitely more rare, but I don't think I've looked for one for more than a tide. Although I see this is an older version (paid shower is a giveaway, it's free now), maybe they've made them more common in the current one?
Aren't showers free after security level 3 in this stage of early access, as a little reward? My showers still cost money, but I've not done the sec level 3 mission yet.
@@davidchandler5432 oh, it could very well be. I've noticed only after the update and got level 3 the day before. But you can also see he is running 0.10.0 in the menu anyway.
I like how artifacts and anomalous items have rarity like that. I like to keep a stash of them to make it easy to do missions, I'll mostly keep 2 of each unless it's a rare thing like the spoons and the padlock same for rare artifacts, everything else I keep 2 and sell the extras. I wonder how they are spawned, I'm pretty sure no padlock spawns in peninsula for example.maybe rare artifacts only spawn at some artifact spots that are harder to reach ?
I had an issue with a earlier artifact in that 1st area. 2 different missions required same one so it bugged out n refused to spawn at either map. Had to cancel them and restart them separately and only activate em 1 at a time. Wasted multiple runs before coming to that conclusion
I think I have that artifact...its in the mission room. I try and collect 1 of each and sell the extra. It's worth 1k on its own if it's what I'm talking about.
I ended up finding it aswell (itll be in my next upload). Its a random chance find, i found it in an area i had already searched after accepting the mission and several tides later. Just gotta pray to RN-Jesus it comes your way

At about 2:50 you can see your shotgun laser floating out of your backpack. I believe that's where your shotgun attachments went.

when i got to base, i accepted the mission that needs it right after i sold the artifact 💀
That's ehy i keep at least 2 of every anomalous things and artifacts for easy side mission completion
you keep missing artis cus the detector only stops beeping when you break their containers
