    I've been down with Covid and did terrible this week. But I am not abandoning my plan. Just starting back and doing what I feel I can. Thank you for the inspiration💕

    Meeting your goal 5days out of 7 is wonderful! Congratulations! You should feel very good about that! You have a beautiful smile, and the strips just makes it shine more. I also never snack after supper, so that was a change I didn’t have to make, but the 10 sit ups a day have been challenging. It has already made a noticeable difference in your waist , even though it was pretty good before . I feel stronger, and that is the goal. Thank you for sharing the challenge and your journey 🙂

    A large mason jar (32oz) helps me get the water in. That with a straw. Adding a little Stur water enhancer can help it go down easier if you don’t love water.

    I like squats. I do weights 2 hours in total. 110 pounds since I can remember.❤🇨🇦

    I had actually noticed your teeth before you said about the strips. I thought ‘Canadian’s have such lovely perfect teeth’, so they obviously worked! I was rubbish this week - I forgot all about it - if you could just phone me every morning that would be great 😂😂

    I don't know if you have the moon visible where you are, but I heard looking at the moon at night can help you sleep :)
