Ever since, I have wondered about the literary grandeur of the poetic excellence in symillies carved out of the best Urdu language with Persian words smothered therein. Urdu Persian and Hindi phrases all combined in this poetry was the greatest asset of the civilization of those days of United India. The poison of communal feelings, unfortunately, robbed our community of the combined magic of the three languages. What a grand loss!!! Will there be a leader born to unite us again. I seriously doubt it.

I lost my baba this year on the 2nd of May. He was a bit sick but it wasn't that severe or at least that's what we thought. How can you imagine someone who is that lively at this moment will leave you completely for the rest of your life the very next day? I used to feel overwhelmed from time to time, It felt like I was the saddest person in this world. But now when he is gone that sadness seems fake, just young age bullshit. Be it Waheeda ji or Vyjayantimala ji Hema Malini Jaya prada Meenakshi Sheshadri Sridevi Probably because they had Indian culture and art imprinted in them! Be it dance majorly Bharatnatyam Diction in Hindi or their facial expressions when it came to acting!! All those Tala bhava nritya was just superlative! I still remember my father telling me when he used to visit shooting locations as a 20-21 yr old kid in the 70s... Hema Malini's mother used to bring her home cooked food even on the sets! Even Vyjayantimala preferred to bring her own lunch Staying away from alcohol smoke... No gym or protein shakes were needed for them! Naturally fit with their dance routines and good food minimal make up when not shooting and down to earth attitude!

As we read it we feel going through an another original gazal having the senses and values of poetry as high as its original version written by S. Baduyuni; and any other one in English literature too. I feel your English version could, too, be sung in the same musical tune; but, a RAfi is required for it.
