Thank you for your video. I know it is a year old, but it certainly was easy to upgrade our scan guns after watching you do it. Not quite sure why Zebra's documentation is so bad and complicated. I couldn't find the instructions all afternoon. Your video got me up and running in just a few minutes!
For Brick devices WITHOUT TRIGGER: Press and hold the RIGHT side scan Trigger button, then press and hold power After the Zebra logs appears release the button and trigger, the Android Recovery menu will be displayed.

And remember to put the SD cover back in so it presses firmly onto the pins or it wont see the SD Card
upgrade went well, no errors, but the gun still boots into recovery, how to fix ?
