It's rude and generally discouraged by the artists to upload videos with counts online. You're giving their work to people for free when you & others had to pay to see them.
in general I agree, but the short dry counting of a shine or partnerwork doesn't really replace the lesson. which is why most artists are even fine with that part being uploaded, because there are more people that get motivated to visit their classes than people who think oh nice now I don't need to attend his classes
