This is not Divine Intervention but rather Divine Guidance that led you to a unit that's clean enough to go straight from storage to a Church yard sale. I've never seen a unit with such cared for belongings. I can't help but wonder what happened. But it's a blessing for you and your church.
I was thinking the same thing, all the items were packed as if the owners would have intended to return to the storage unit. I do wonder what happen for the storage unit to be sold, but the personal pictures and papers should be returned, that is odd, but it is considerate if it is the request of management.

Well, I have bought Pioneer Woman from you before. Let's see if I end up with that! Kinda melancholy watching and seeing someone took such good care of their stuff. I like that you give back pictures. Stuff can be replaced but the memories/pictures are priceless!

If you ever get jewelry you can’t sell, a lot of nursing homes, etc will take it. Their residents usually don’t have their good jewelry so they love to dress up with costume jewelry. Just a thought for anyone with some they don’t want to throw away.

I would be so curious as to who all this stuff belonged to. How can one person/household have so much stuff, especially all those new shoes. And they sure had a lot of hobbies... knitting, crocheting, jewelry making, painting, sports card collecting. I can't remember all the hobby type stuff you came across but I just find it so hard to believe it's one household. A store closing maybe? Weird
I wish more flippers gave back personal items. I lost a lot of personal items in a storage we lost.

24:18 burning a movie to a CD or DVD is not illegal, if you do a whole bunch of the same movie and distribute them or sell them then it becomes illegal. If you buy a movie burn a copy put the original movie up on a shelf and watch the burned copy, you can even lend that burned copy to people and that way you don't have to worry about it getting lost or anything, if it was to get lost or stolen you can burn another copy It's when you get beyond I think it was five that it's illegal or even if you just make one and then sell it.

If you have a yard sale, remove hangars from clothes, fold and put on table marked 2 for a 1.00, other clothing 1.00 each, - make lots of money just off clothes alone TV sold 40.00, cell phone cases .75, You have a winning haul if you do not give it away.

Wish you taken thirty seconds to call out the names of the players on the bb cards. Hard to see them with so much glare from the top loaders. Who were the ones graded 10?
They don't give the personal stuff back. These are people that stiffed them on payments. And had to sell the unit for one 10th of what there owed.
Trust me I worked at storage corner in a industrial park 4 corners 3 different storage companies.
All 3 locations burned the stuff . Sometimes togather in a metal bin. Give it back lol lol they owe money

See if your church wants to open a Saturday thrift with your extra, or have space to keep it until the next yard sale. And yes, animal shelters always take bedding and old furniture and such to make animals comfy.

Puerto Rican Momma owned that storage… my ex mother in law was Puerto Rican and she ironed , mopped the floor everyday and kept everything in ziplock baggies😂

8:42 I won't say that's not something left from a surgery, but it's definitely not a kidney stone, that is way too huge to be a kidney stone. I suffer from kidney stones I get at least one each month and even the three that I've had to have removed via surgery were tiny compared to that. When you asked about it being a tooth I thought that was a possibility but definitely not a kidney stone and gallstones at least the ones that I had before I had to have my gall bladder taken out, or even smaller than the kidney stones.
It almost looks like they were resellers too, so many of the same types of things. Great find!

Cpap machines sell fast for me locally. I price them cheap ($50) and they go quickly. Have to list them whacky so Facebook doesn't take it down. 😀 Craigslist is not as picky.

Did you know that you can test the brackets to see if they are Bakelite with scubbing bubbles. Just spray some on a white paper towel. If it is Bakelite any color , yellow will be on the paper towel

At 10:30 i believe that one of the figures mixed into the jewlry was a monster high clawdeen wolf toy. It probably isn't worth much but original monster hig dolls from 2010 or somewher around it before the first reboot of the series can go for $40 even without anything they originally come with including not having the clothes. I collected them as they came out and still have a bunch of the original dolls on display in my room. at 18:00 you can use clear pockets like that to display pins. i recommend a thing to br put in it to hold pins so you don't have the pin backs hitting the stuff in the bag but that is one use for a pocket like that.
That was a filter when you have a DSL. You had to hook your lane line through the filter, so the DSL wouldn’t interfere with the signal.

The bedding can be donated to schools and families centre's, as people don't realise that families don't have enough bedding and curtains, ( often only one set of bedding so if they wash it ,they have to sleep on a bed with no bedding)
