People says..there is always a women behind a successful man, trust me i believe success of a women is also depends on a man ...a supportive husband and supportive family..Many womens' dies with their dreams....
Right... there is always a woman behind a man's success either his mother or wife or may be both... Similarly there is a progressive man behind a woman's success either father or husband or both sometimes brother too.
Agree a supportive husband and supporting family both r important if a woman wants to fullfill their own dreams Many women dies with their dreams if husband nd family both r not supportive
Many many women get married in joint families where they are overburden to please the inlaws and are called selfish if they study or work. We need to see more of their story , how they made it .
Hi, your question touched my heart, because it is almost impossible. I know because after 9 year of married life still i am struggling with my carrier while i am well educated and hard worker.
It is not such a big thing when she had such a supportive family. There is so much potential with every person. When they get support they shine. But few shine when everyone leaves them, hurt them & no way to come out. It is real achievement.
I myself come from a joint family where women like my mom and aunty was discouraged from working , was labelled selfish for not fulfilling house duties and always serving inlaws and relatives , i saw my mother firmly battling , she was always guilt tripped with words like women's role is in home and being home maker and not earning money , since she was teacher and earned less , she was told why give that time outside , she battled, the two daughters rebelled like why tell us to even score well if father and grandparents treat mother and aunt as such and then today my mother is having a 25 years old strong teaching career where she is also teaching in many ngos to underprivileged kids.
You are lucky to have a family members are broard minded and supportive.Your husband,in laws,children..are good that's why U can get the achievements and getting the fulfillment of your efforts 😀
It's not just family you should know your importance. By this means to if your family never supports you'll not work or study? This is where women fail sometimes thinking that they need permission, letting people decide for them. It is not always luck it takes a lot of hardwork, clarity of thoughts, how you share your dream your vision with your family and nothing should be able to stop you because you are also an individual who deserves education, job etc who is allowed to dream and achieve but women most of the time think that there only job is to take care of their families no we are evolved social beings we should think about our individual development and growth and not blame people, family, in laws all the time.
Yes that's right a woman can get her career again after having babies also ✅ you just boost my confidence. M doing so and one day I will make feel my husband proud as it is his believe ☺
I have a friend of mine who is in her 40s , coming from a middle class family of Three brothers and their wives , she was not allowed to do mba by her brothers and forced off to marry , she got cheated years later and now she is suffering with divorce and not knowing how to restart her career. It's important that career is considered independent of marriage and is very valued by the family. There are tonnes of women with bad dominating marriages or divorce but don't know how to restart career.

No doubt you are talented but I must say you are also very lucky bcz I saw so many girls who have talent, dreams, they want to do something but no body supports them either their parents or their in-laws even not their husband... Sad but it's true...😞 That's why my mother always tell me that 1st make your career then marry... She tell me & my sister that you have your whole life to do household chores but rarely you will get 2nd chance to study or make your career... And after looking the condition of my few cousins, frnds I agree with my mom.
I also believe in the law of attraction..... when u want something n u send waves in the universe then the Whole universe starts working for that purpose ❤️🥳
Many girlz unable to get this kind of opportunity in their life, you are blessed with supportive life partner, many girls in our country, they dont have that support, they are longing for their identity and compromising their dreams and passion
Maine aj tak jiski b story suni hai after marriage success.maine dekha hai koi na koi support Kiya hai.but aise bht log hai jinke pass koi nhi hai support k liye.
Success of women only happens if they have a supporting family....when it is lacked all the dreams, gets shattered most of the times...need to hear how that kind of situations can be handled and how women can succeed balancing all...
She is very lucky woman she got everything smothly ahead like nice husband , nice supportive family etc some podcasts have mind changing terrified history like husband divorced her or beating like stoping the career point but they still pushed up with their own foots .....Like Muniba Mazari etc....But i really love the beautiful speach of the gorgeous one and only Amandeep Kour....Love You from Srinagar Kashmir ...🥰
Lovely mam you story is perfectly just like me I also started my career at the age of 37 just because of the passion to fulfill my dreams in IT world. It's is exactly after 10 years break after my marriage but now it's smoothly started after 2 years of constant struggle to meet myself with latest technology.
One dae i have my testimony too... thanks for your motivation being a mom and yeah being a mom it's not easy to look after home . Working and after 8 years I have started again to learn something ...and an proud being a mom😊🥰 and yeah never stop ur dreams..
Here I am 2 years after stepping back from my job to take care of my kids. As much as I love my kids and family, I still miss the corporate lady I was and hope to get me back… where to start now is the headache… I would advice ladies who have a great support system to not quit a good job to raise kids… if it’s possible, rely as much as you can on family, friends and daycares cuz coming back after some years of absence from the corporate world isn’t easy . If you don’t have a husband or some sort of benefactor who can significantly help you financially to set up your own business, it will not be easy!I’m still trying to figure it out. Hope you do too.❤

She was wandering for job , she started as a maid and then now she is the owner of the food catering business..she had been proposed twice by guys for marriage but she denied. What she says that when in her trouble there was no one hence in her best times she will not include any guys..she is on her own and progressing every day..

The pauses before completing words/sentences makes it look more authentic and beautiful which I found missing in most speaker's cases. ✨
