Actually ₹30L is upper side...Home owner has told that including four side compound walls and all inclusive, he finished within 30L. No doubt, it is a classic example for Affordable construction, thanks to the team effort of the House Owner and The Architect, who has a unique habbit of freezing the cost at the launch itself.

Does this type of construction will be lods good for core malnad area like Sringeri-Koppa-Agumbe where we receive heavy rain for almost 3 to 5 months? Kindly suggest on my query and do needful.
@@SomasundarK-u7s As told by the Architect, this type of brick has been extensively used in Kerala and Coastal Karnataka, where there is heavy rain during mansoon. So you can very well use them in Malnad too.
