I've been watching your videos for a couple of months now, and I thought you would eventually run out 🏃♂️ of exercises to show us. But nooo, you seem to keep coming up with an endless collection of ways to move our bodies that we've never seen before 😊 and the reasons why they're such a *Jolly Good Idea.*
Hello, this is very helpful. I suffer from pain between the shoulder blades when I sleep. But the pain also travels down the back on either side. Do you have videos on how to work the muscles directly under the shoulder blades? Thanks in advance.
Where were you two years ago, when I was diagnosed with severe rhomboid muscle inflammation? Of course, this was entirely due to being a professional calligrapher whose studio goes crazy in the second half of the year! I had sat daily (aged 71), addressing over 500 envelopes and personalizing 500 Christmas cards for a client....up to 8 hours per day. Even with my usual every 20 minutes break, of getting up, looking at things further away, walking around a bit, this awful thing happened. So this year, I asked the regular client to please let us start everything two months earlier: she agreed, and this year, I have completed the same task staying far more relaxed! (Yes, I DO watch my posture when I work - I sometimes stand up straight and write, at a height-adjustable desk, or sit, very erect, always. I have been doing this job for over 45 years now..... last year, I developed frozen shoulder doing the same job, which is why I asked for us to start earlier. I now only work on this project 3 hours a day, interspersed with long rest periods....it works!
Great exercise, that twist is so 'relieving'!
Glad to hear this
Appreciate this sharing. This pain has been bothering me for many years. Will practise daily.
Always happy to help!
Thanks for this, I’m giving this a try to help my shoulder pain after a recent fall!
Wishing you all the best in your recovery!

Thoughts on taking creatine for those over 50 who also guys to the gym regularly?
Any chance you’d make a video about straight necks/ military necks ?
I would sometimes feel pain there ,when I lift heavy objects but would go away in a day or two.
