For the spawning helicopter idk much about coding but try and see if there is a code that was used to spawn it in it may be a spawn set on repeat.

SO I am just brainstorming out loud here.. Since S2 is a little more laid back, I would love to see the Serge get transferred to LSPD or perhaps when you guys patrol in Sandy Shores. Would be good to see him commanding the whole shift or as supervisor. I am sure you could make it work, Jeff.
laid back rules are for civs only, LEO operate just like server 1. There is no place for such characters.

At this time I don't think anyone are able to join, as you otherwise would have to send in an application through their website (OCRP) to maybe get accepted to join it.

Hey Jeff is this the old fivepd server
OCRP is their rp server that I think they have had for quite a few years now.
I could be wrong, but the FivePD server I think was more for them just to be able to "mess around" so to speak, and wasn't as focused on the roleplay side as OCRP.
Jeff also doesn't make FivePD videos as of a coouple of months back, wich he made a post awhile back about under the community tab on the main page of his channel 🙂

And maybe also so that they won't have to put age restrictions on them.
