When Pacific Assault was released I had high hopes that it would be an improved product from Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. However Pacific Assault just seemed clunkier. The animations, movements, and weapon mechanics seemed sluggish, and the multiplayer just wasn't as fun. With Allied Assault I played online from 2003-2014 and it was still amazingly fun even 12 years after initial launch!
@@TheJOKEY-bk5gc Maybe true. Being so young at the time I wasn't aware of why or how. I also remember Brothers in Arms, how I had huge expectations regarding the multiplayer. Everything at the time I was comparing to either Battlefield 1942 or Medal of Honor: Allied Assault in regards to online multiplayer form and function. Brothers in Arms had a pretty great single player but the 2 vs 2 multiplayer I was once again SEVERELY disappointed in. Perhaps more so disappointed than Pacific Assault which at least had more than 2v2! (If you remember, Brothers in Arms online multiplayer was 2v2 actual players who each controlled squads.) I didn't want to play with BOTS if I was going to play online which at the time in the early to mid 2000s was a pretty new concept!
This series was so nice to play. Long campaigns, many hours of fun. No multiplayer online nonsense.
MOHAA online was pretty fun!
man...when they actually made a game with effort and passion......i miss those times. there were great games every where
4:05 Your friend just finished healing you. But after that, Boom

Bro you have zero ability to “check your fire” i counted you gunned down dozens of your fellow Marines in this video

They rushed the hell out of it to compete with Call of Duty and it definitely showed.
