I got the A-Series. No connection issues what so ever. They work seamlessly beautiful with My Samsung Galaxy S21.

@@mard192837 I have connection issues. Google claims it is a software issue but customers think it is an issue with the hardware. I won't buy them again.

I had issue that it doesn’t show in Bluetooth pairing I can’t find it in iPhone’s Bluetooth list also in android eaither ,,, i did reset but nothing change!!! What is your advice? 😩🙏🏻

After reset , mine stil not work , he do 3 times white orange quickly and that s it , I can t findid on bluetooth 😕😕

@@Joesge with mine I noticed the IR sensors wouldn't turn on. The battery is completely dead and it won't charge unless the IR sensor works so it's just dead. Nothing I can do to fix it and can't reconnect after doing a reset.

Reset it with charging cable, at least that whats the technical support told me when trying to fix my left earbud not working.
