I agree, I sent the first one I got back with this fill problem, if I get a new one sent to me and it works like this, I am going to ask for my money back, when you pay over $800.00 for a gun you don't expect to get Walmart quality.

Have you ever tried any of the ammunition offered by Griffin Airgun Ammunition?? They offer a very wide range of weighted slugs. I recently purchased some of their .25 grain slugs for my Bullboss but as of yet have not had the opportunity to try them out.
Hi, I wanna purchase a PCP which has some pros. First, most importantly, it needs to be very quiet so that I can play in my backyard for plinking and pest removal while not upsetting my neighbors because of sound. second, light powerful and accurate, I could kill a rabbit in 30 yards. I prefer .22 or .25. So which one is better or quieter. For the last thing, it should have high quality and easy to operate. I am a beginner in PCP. I searched for three PCPs in your website. 1. Airforce Talon SS .22 or .25 2. Benjamin Marauder woods walker pellet pistol .22 3. Benjamin Marauder pump Combo, wood .22 or .25 My total budget is expected to be under 880$, including a pump and a scope So do you have any suggestions or recommendations for me. Thanks.
Buy a hatsan flash, 22 or 25. They run about $300.00, will easy take a rabbit @50 yrds, and you can take it apart and adjust the power by just turning the screw in the rear. Also Travis has a video that walks you thru the adjusting of the power and trigger. In 22 you get about 1000 fps, and in 25 you get between 850-875 fps. For $300.00 and a scope costing $49.-75.00 and a yong heng air compressor, between $275-325.00 that comes up to about $675 to $725.00 and you are set. Hand pumps are ok but with an air compressor you can fill the gun in about 1-1.5 minutes. Buy a air compressor tank, and fill it from your compressor, and you can take the tank out in the field to re-fill your gun(s). I have the hatsan flash and filling from my tank takes about 15-20 seconds. I have a 78 cu ft tank and I get around 20 fills before I have to re-fill my tanks. Not trying to be a know it all, just trying to help !!! the umarex gauntlet is ok but a little on the heavy side, and gamo urban is a good choice also, but the magazine cost $50.00 each.
@@anthonygillespie7233 didn't come off like a "know it all", you just gave good advice. Also he can consider getting a refurbished flash or flash bullpub.

Well.. It looks like its great quality.... But that power wheel looked and sounded cheap... Not as good as Hatsan power wheel knobs.... But.. Im still looking at the .50 wing shot or double shot.. Especially now that i have a compressor..
got the .25- few things i don't like- Trigger mechanism is pretty sloppy with about 1/8 inch play back and forth and to the side- just feels sloppy- don't know if they are all like this or not- but my brand new one is- The Power adjustment wheel catches and doesn't move whenever it feels like messing with you- and I am getting nowhere near the 970 fps claimed by the company that sold it to me, and I'm using even slightly less heavy pellets than they did to get their 970 fps (they used 33.95 gr pellets, i use 27.8 gr- can't get the 33.98 gr right now- but anyways, my speeds should be at or even a bit above, but they are way lower) I get between 750-850- but sometimes it cranks up to low 900's- no rhyme or reason for it- then it will drop right back down to 830-40 or so- something doesn't seem right- probably a seal or something- maybe bad hammerspring? I've read they shipped the .25 with .22 hammersprings for awhile by mistake- - another thing is that this isn't regulated- the fps speeds are all over the place- one shot will be like 830, then the next will be 795 or so, then 820, then 750 (Note, this could be due maybe to not sorting pellets- perhaps some are deformed slightly and don't get the push they would if they were not deformed?) it's kinda tough to get good groupings with the fps changing so- when it's in the mid 700's, i gotta hold higher on target, when it hits the low 800's i hold spot on at 50 yards as that is what i zero'd at- then when it jumps up inexplicably to low 900, I'm high o n the target- But all that said- I couldn't spring for an FX impact or FX Maverick, so this gun, the Seneca Eagle Claw, is a pretty good price for the amount of gun you get power-wise (provided you get at least near the advertised FPS- maybe my gun's issue is hammerspring- got one coming so will know better soon). Air rifles are way too expensive in my opinion considering you can get .22 rim fires for well under $500, many even under $200. Not sure what makes the air rifles so much more expensive? There doesn't seem to be much to them component-wise (until you get into FX guns, then they have a bit more going on- but still, is it worth over $2000? Maybe it does justify the price, i dunno- just seems high considering what is in the gun to me-) I do love the smooth lever action- but one thing i don't care for is the safety- it's not very solid- and often I've found that it slips from safe to ready to fire when moving the gun around- so be aware of that too- Love how quick followup shots are with hte lever action- The gun is a bit heavy, which is good and not so good- kinda easier to hold a heavier gun steady, but not for long times- so it's good and not so good- I never had a problem with the air bleed off- i use a high pressure manual (which is exhausting BTW-) and it bleeds off quick enough that i lose only perhaps a very little air- i haven't had to hold gun upside down. I will say though I've gotten over 90 shots from one fill, the drop off was pretty consistent after 70, but really, even at 90 shots, the fps was only down to 740 (but dropping steady), still faster than another cheaper .177 i own which gets only 600 fps- up to about 70 shots i was getting in the low 800's fps- then around 70 it dropped into high 700's- i finally stopped at 96 shots, and it was right on the yellow mark in the pressure valve- I wish the gun were regulated- though- the way my gun is right now- it's too inconsistent in fps to really group shots well, maybe a new hammersping will help some- we'll see-
oh forgot to mention- the lever action is nice, BUT not great for bench rest shooting- moves the gun too much, and if the gun isn't elevated enough, you will really have to move the gun to put another round in chamber- if a person's primary goal is bench shooting, a side lever i think would be much better-
