    I think this video is confusing the Brightline west project with the California high speed railway project. Brightline has NOT started construction on the Las Vegas link.

    Can you imagine the passengers on that ride?if You're tired of Karens this is going to be 100% worse, especially the type of people Vegas attracts.

    I am buying land near the stations to build high rises as Las Vegas will be a suburb of LA

    I'm not sure where you got your information, but Brightline West has yet to break ground, although they seem to be close. Yes, they've completed most of the EPA requirements, secured right of way, and a group of bipartisan lawmakers from both states recently asked the Department of Transportation for the rest of the money they need. I hope this is easier the California High Speed Rail to make a reality (they hope to break ground this year,) so wile I remain cautiously optimistic, I'll just wait and see what happens.

    Brightline is NOT High Speed Rail at 125 MPH it is medium speed rail at best. Good, but not HSR. HPR is generally considered 186 MPH or 300 KPH like France's TGV.

      You really think that will be good for all the surroundings? My friend told me after they finished the high speed train in Florida from Orlando to Tampa he doesn’t see any changes because they don’t have stations anywhere and companies don’t get benefits because the train doesn’t stop anywhere and only goes by

    Really? Now you know like all mega projects, that 10 billion dollars is going to end up being more money than the 10 billion dollar budget. There will be set backs and perhaps other altercations. The California highspeed rail project had many obstacles to overcome and along with criticisms and american ignorance, the project continues on thin ice. If they can continue through all their struggles, the California highspeed rail project could very well end up being a successful endeavor. Still all eyes are on the progressions of the California highspeed rail project just like all eyes will be on the bright line highspeed bullet train project. I really do hope they both pull through successfully because there's absolutely no reason why the United States of America can't obtain highspeed bullet trains which is something they should of had decades ago. The United States and its government needs to loosen up and get down to it instead of spending years thinking about it while the rest of the world continues to give rise in these technical engineering marvels. Highspeed bullet trains and maglev super train technology, the new american dream.....

      Because it’s a company and not a government paying other companies to do it they have a reason to do it for as cheap as possible and like,y won’t suffer many of the problems of cahsr.

      Yeah the California highspeed rail project is going through it right now but when completed, it will benefit many and will improve infrastructure and economic growth around that area. If i had the 100 billion dollars to complete it mi would be more than happy to give it to them. Now to put some fool on mars will cost 500 plus billion dollars. Now who will benefit from that besides the fool? We dont belong there. That planet doesn't even belong to man, the earth does. Man doesn t belong in the great depths of the sea and planets. Trust me and remember me telling you this. Anyone goes to mars will perish. Take that 500 billion and fix home. 20 billion to eradicate homelessness in America, 120 billion to wipe out hunger in the United States of America, land of milk and honey, you know, Amer waves of grain! Help California finish the project. 220 billion to begin the eastern seaboard bullet line from Boston Massachusetts to Jacksonville Florida. Let's rebuild infrastructure and economic growth. We don't have to be far more advanced like the far east and Europe but we don't have to be stupid either..

      Erh well , they want build it along the highway ... On a single track ! ( Because not ebough space but faster ) 🧐🤔
      That would be really a stupid idea.. Having a slow train halt at station to let pass a coming train is one thing. To do that with 125-160mph hs trains something totally different !!
      It will undermine all the hstt benefits and potentially be dangerous.
      Americans .... 🥺

      @@lws7394 iam a big fan of Bullet trains and for once someone actually says something that makes sense. You are absolutely correct. All that damn desert out there and they cant build a 2 track line? This could very well be a very dangerous situation if something ever happens. They should build it away from the highway then the train can really open up and be a real bullet train with speeds of 200 to 225. If they can't do something right then they shouldn't do it at all....

    • @Ven100
      @Ven100 Рік тому

      @@lws7394 You can have single sections of railway track and not have the trains wait if they're planned/scheduled properly. This is easily done. Brightline in FL also has some single tracked sections. On hourly trains, this is fine. Let the engineers do their thing.

      If flying to Vegas is such a slam dunk advantage, why are 80% of the trips from southern California to Las Vegas still done by car . . . often through terrible traffic jams driving through the desert . . . in July? Could it be that unless you live right beside an airport, that 30 minute trip you envision turns into a several hour trip requiring an increasing amount of money for baggage fee's, parking, car rentals. No so convenient now is it?
